The purpose of the Call Centre role is to engage with the prospective customer, either following a sales appointment, or to follow up their registered interest in our product arranging a sales appointment with a Sales Representative or to provide further information to the prospective customer for the Sales Support Agent to negotiate and complete the sale.
At Anglian Home Improvements we are looking for Contract Centre Support Agent to support our Contact Centre based in Norwich.
The role is responsible for calling all prospective customers to follow up on our sales appointments and sits uniquely between having customer service skills and sales skills equally.
The role of the Call Handler will be to answer operational calls that come into the contact centre.

We can help patients who need non-emergency transport to and from hospitals, treatment centres and other similar facilities.We can also provide transport for people who can't travel unaided because of their medical condition or frailty.
£11.45 per hour Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm or 8.30am to 5.00pm - occasional Saturdays if you wish.
Due to the location of my client you need to have your own transport to get to the office for the training and when working in the office (2 or 3 days per week)
Ideally with call centre or customer service experience
Our city-based client is seeking a customer service executive to come and join them from 13th May with a view to offer a 6 month contract which could then go permanent for the right candidate.
Full-time hours - shift pattern, need to work occasional weekends (35h a week and hour break) 8am, 9am or 10m latest finish 6pm
