This is a key customer facing role predominantly telephony based helping to assist our client's clients' and their customers find the right solution to their queries.
We are working alongside a leading property management company based in the West End of London and they are seeking an additional customer services advisor for their busy and friendly team.
The successful individual will be responsible for providing the first point of contact to all customers assisting them with a variety of queries.
This is a hybrid working role which will require you to attend the office two days per week.

£28,675 per annum plus Civil Service Pension
