Your new role We are currently supporting them in recruiting for a dedicated Accounts Administrator to join their team based in Workington. Reporting directly to and supporting the Financial Controller, the Accounts Administrator will support the finance team and will work closely with the Accounts Assistant to ensure the 2 monthly payroll data is collated accurately and processed on a timely basis. Typical duties will include:- Collating payroll and attendance data for the company employees Calculating overtime and deductions Processing 1 or the monthly payrolls and dealing with related queries Coordinating the onboarding for new employees Starter and leaver processing, HR related administration Assisting the Finance teams with adhoc duties as required What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate for this position will be someone that has either similar experience or perhaps has started AAT. This role can offer a clear career trajectory for the right candidate.You will have a varied skill set including a knowledge of finance and an understanding of payroll. You will be able to communicate effectively throughout the business and work well as part of a team.
