Location: Edinburgh West Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 06.00-17.02 with 45min break Rate of Pay: £12.81 per hour rising to £14.35 as of week 13 Temporary ongoing work Working with an established cleansing team to carry out duties right across the city to a high standard. Duties to Include: Driving the relevant vehicles Working as part of a team Heavy lifting - moving and loading wheelie bins, assisting with special uplifts Undertaking the appropriate vehicle checks and paperwork General street cleaning duties (sweeping, litter picking, weeding) Carrying out instructions given out by supervisors Essential requirements: Valid Driving Licence Valid CPC Valid tacho card Maximum of 6 points on your licence Successful candidates will: Be flexible Be reliable Have excellent knowledge on driving around Edinburgh Be health and safety conscious Have good customer service skills Have previous driving experience Work outdoors in all weather If you feel that you have the skills and experience for this role then please apply directly to this advert
