We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a well- established and highly successful organisation based in the Chessington area.
PERMANENT Full time, office -based role - 37.5 Hours per week
Working as part of the sales team, this role is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, supporting existing relationships and building new relationships to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
They make and receive telephone calls/emails to manage the sales process including initial solicitation, picture research, price quotation and negotiation, image licensing and problem resolution.
