Job Advert: Amazon Customer Service Representative (Fashion Company)
Summary of Responsibilities: As an Amazon Customer Service Representative for our fashion company, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the service aspects of Capezio Amazon for both the UK and EU markets.
Your responsibilities include ensuring smooth day-to-day operational functions, maintaining the product catalog, and delivering an exceptional front-end user experience.
We are looking for a highly motivated, very personable, IT-literate customer service advisors to join a young, dynamic, professional services organisation that provides a full range of support for a selection of international e-retailers, brands and manufacturers.
The small but busy team of customer service advisors provide customer support to 20 e-commerce web shops daily, through telephone, email support and online chat support.
You will need to be a proactive, customer focussed individual who genuinely enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is keen to develop their skills in a growing customer service team.
The role will initially commence on a temporary basis and will become permanent at the 13 week stage however permanent applications will be considered.
At Vision Express, you'll assist our customers in finding and selecting eyewear that meets their needs.
Additionally, you may perform some pre-screening eye examinations and administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, supporting the phone lines from customer queries and processing payments.
You'll help with frame adjustments, repairs, and fittings.

£11.45 per hour Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm or 8.30am to 5.00pm - occasional Saturdays if you wish.

Due to the location of my client you need to have your own transport to get to the office for the training and when working in the office (2 or 3 days per week)
