Responsibilities
Maintain the priority telephone line, providing excellent customer service to suite guests and upholding the business's culture.
I am recruiting for a Customer Service Associate that speaks an additional European language for one of my clients within the financial space.
They are looking for someone from a customer care background, with 1-2 years customer service experience, dealing with cases, on phone half the day, admin and e-chat and case management other half.
