Responsibilities
Maintain the priority telephone line, providing excellent customer service to suite guests and upholding the business's culture.
You will be required to answer the phone, respond to emails and deal with any customer complaints.
In this role, your main responsibilities will be to be the main point of contact for any customer inquiries, provide high quality customer service and ensure the Company image is maintained at all times.
