You will be expected to ensure our customers' needs are exceeded at all times while working in a number of areas of the store, so no two days will be the same.

As an Airline Customer Care Advisor, you will play a crucial role in booking and modifying flights for customers, managing baggage, processing claims, and addressing various inquiries.

You will support the Branch Manager to ensure that the Service from your Hub is best in class.
