You'll be working 37.5 hrs a week, Monday to Friday and will be paid £25,750 pro rata, FTC June 2025 at our site in Haydock and client site in Runcorn.

As part of a two-person delivery team our Customer Delivery Assistants will work with our Drivers to deliver mattresses, bed frames and furniture products into customers' homes, and may help to assemble the products in their room of choice, being a key representative of the Bensons brand.
We take pride in ensuring our customers receive their delivery to a room of their choice with a first class, friendly service.
You will be the face of our business, so having excellent customer service skills and the ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy items of furniture every day, with manual handling experience is essential.
Our Client has been established for over 150 years, and is passionate about the products they offer to their members (customers).
These products become even more popular in the lead up to Christmas, and for that reason, they have to increase the number of staff within their Member Services team by 35 - 50 each year - just to deal with the sheer volume of orders coming in.
Please note, this is based on a slight shift rota - so you could start between 9 - 10 in the morning, and finish between 5 - 6 in the evening, plus you will be required to work at least one Saturday per month (with a day off in the week).
The main purpose of the role is to efficiently and accurately provide consumer and customer support, dealing with enquiries and complaints and resolving any issues to their conclusion.
