The role is a Customer Service Administrator to support their Fleet maintenance team. Duties will include: Dealing with inbound calls to support customers with vehicle breakdowns Co ordinate service bookings and MOT's Invoicing and credit control Booking in and schedule warranty repairs. Obtaining Purchase orders for damage charges Process & raise estimates for vehicle damage charged. The ideal candidate will have similar experience within a previous role, and excellent customer service and planning skills.
