Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf West Northamptonshire Council for a customer Service Advisor to maximise resolution of enquiries and information requests from customers at first point of contact.
We are looking for a Customer Support/Contact Center Administrator who can join our client on an initially 2 month contract, starting from the 7th of May.
This role is located in Daventry.
This could become a permanent position for the right candidate.
A background in customer service ideal, however if you have crystal clear communication and amazing people skills my client will support and give you everything you need to succeed.
