My client based in St Ives Cambridgeshire are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis offering a salary of £28-33,000, depending on experience.
The position is full-time, with a 37.5-hour workweek.
Core hours are 7.5 hours per day, between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
The primary purpose of the role is to manage a team of between 10 - 15 telephony agents to deliver service excellence for both our client and its customers.
