Do you have previous customer service experience?
Do you have previous experience answering and dealing with a high volume of incoming calls?
As Customer Services Representative you are responsible to support effective supply chain management through customer order management.
You will investigate and resolve queries, maintain customer master data and sales conditions to ensure high levels of customer service is met.
You will communicate effectively both internally and externally to build relationships with customers and contribute to delivery of supply chain projects.
We are looking for someone who works well under pressure and is very organised, as you will be working in a busy team where customer care and customer experience is the top priority!
