Good all-round customer service and administrative skills are required, to include good attention to detail, organisational skills, ability to problem solve whilst under pressure
Providing outstanding customer service, you will be responsible for processing orders via the websites, phone and emails.
This role will include work on our Post Office Counters
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview.
