This well-established organisation is seeking a Call Centre Agent to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a full-time office based role in Basingstoke, working Monday to Friday. Duties Responding to incoming/outgoing customer calls Advising customers with regards to their savings products Provide support to customers wishing to open accounts Management and maintenance of customer accounts Skills Customer service driven Positive "can do" attitude Works well in a team but can also be self-motivated Keen eye for detail Good understanding of working on computer, specifically with Microsoft Office products Good at multi-tasking and prioritising workload Comes across clear and well-spoken via telephone If you do not hear from a consultant within 1 week of your application, then unfortunately on this occasion you have not been successful
