New Business Administrator Farnham Our well established client is recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their busy Wills and Inheritance team based in the Farnham office. The role will be to undertake a full range of administrative duties for the Wills and Inheritance team; managing and responding to a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring callers' requests are dealt with effectively and efficiently. Outbound calls to clients and others will be required as directed, to provide information on behalf of fee earners. Attention to detail and confidentiality are required at all times in the role, including accurate record keeping on the Firm's CRM database. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, ideally in the legal sector, although we will consider experienced administrators looking to move into a legal position. Key skills that are important for this role include excellent client care skills, enthusiasm to deliver a great client service, organisation and being a team player. It is also important to be able to multi-task, set priorities and manage your own time effectively.
