Responsibilities include: Support their clients via telephone and email via the client management system. Ensure all email enquiries are responded to within 24hrs of receipt. Administer and monitor the order processing system. Accurate record keeping on the client management system. Download and record patient results from laboratory partners accurately and on time. Handling sensitive data in accordance with data protection regulations and maintaining confidentiality. Providing practitioners with their patient's results. Ad-hoc office duties. Do you have the required attributes? Demonstrable experience working in a similar role. Excellent call handling and telephone skills. Superb customer service skills. Proficiency in the use of IT systems such as G Suite, Hubspot (or similar CRM software) and ability to quickly learn new systems. Thorough attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Solid time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A rational thinker under pressure. A strong team player with the ability to work independently using their own initiative.
