Our client, based in Hatfield, are looking for customer service advisors to join their friendly team on a temp to perm basis. Ideally you will have some office experience and be confident speaking to customers on the telephone. Full training will be given. Duties will include: Managing a diary of accounts from a variety of clients Contacting customers by the effective use of outbound telephone calls, letters, emails and SMS Understanding and respond to disputes, queries and/or complaints raised in order to achieve the best outcome for our clients Acting within industry's compliance and regulatory rules Negotiating payment plans or settlements in client's best interest Liaising with clients professionally The ideal person will have: Confident telephone manner & ability to build rapport with customers Previous experience working to some sort of target would is beneficial but not essential Performance driven, keen to learn and develop Despite our best efforts it is not always possible to respond to every application individually due to the high volume of responses we receive on each vacancy Only candidates who are short listed will be contacted for this particular role and if you have not heard from us within 7 days please assume that you have not be successful.
