Working within the Customer Service Team the Customer Services Administrator is responsible for dealing with all aspects of Customer Service.
The focus of this role is to provide excellent Customer Service at all times and to exceed customers' expectations.
This includes communication with external and internal customers, end to end order processing, supplying specific quotations to customers and support for external sales teams.
