Our client is a specialist Company providing essential service. they have grown rapidly since 2015 and are now looking to recruit new members of staff to our Outbound Sales team. This is Office based role in ANDOVER. Part Time Hours: Mon - Thurs 5-8pm and Sun 10am-4pm (Please only apply if you are happy with this Summary Duties and Responsibilities of Role: To make outbound calls to customers who have recently enquired through various marketing channels about our direct cremation funeral plans. Achieve department sales conversion targets whilst delivering excellent customer service. Sale calls to be made in line with the Company's process and FCA regulations. Key Skills Required: Communication?- Possess a professional telephone manner with proven experience. Have excellent listening and communication skills to be able to answer customer questions, deliver outstanding Customer care; being especially aware that some customers may be vulnerable. Productivity?- Be results driven with ability to achieve work towards KPI's set on production, quality and customer service skills. Accuracy?- Must have the ability to record information in an accurate way and ensure that all process and procedures are adhered with in a methodical and compliant way. IT Skills?- computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office. Customer Champion?- Act in a manner that ensures the Customer receives a positive experience of the Company. Proven Track record of: Telephone sales experience (preferred minimum of 1 year) Success within a target driven environment Delivering excellent Customer Service Working in accordance with detailed procedures Flexible approach with ability to adapt quickly to meet business needs Personal Attributes: Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills at all levels Able to demonstrate empathy, sensitivity, kindness and patience Resilient with a real desire for success and helping others Can-do attitude, self-motivated High level attention to detail and accuracy

Warranty/Spares Coordinator Candidate Specification: We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and attributes: At least 3 years of experience in engineering after-sales customer support or spare parts sales. Providing valuable feedback on product quality and improvements to the design and manufacturing teams. Promptly addressing and resolving customer complaints to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction. Ensuring the implementation of safe working processes and compliance with company health and safety policies. Efficiently scheduling and planning work with a focus on material availability. Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
