Our client are a premium brand who are currently recruiting for a wholesale customer service professional to join them to manage key online accounts
Key responsibilities will be to manage the order book from order entry through to shipping whilst maintaining effective relationships internally and externally.
You will be expected to maintain a presence on various front reception desks offering assistance to all personnel visiting and utilising the building from daily visitors to permanent tenants.
The main purpose of the role is to provide cover for all absences within the Reception Services Department, Including pre booked holiday, emergency sickness and training cover requirements.
