There is currently a team of 3 in place at the moment who are dealing with all existing and new customer queries, via phone, email, post and in person (when applicable).
We are currently working with a market leading textiles business in the Rochdale area who are looking to expand their customer service team.
Rochdale Council are looking for a receptionist, to be responsible for providing administrative support to the service in the locality area and providing reception duties in service buildings.
You will work as a member of the locality team and support with admin duties where these are required to ensure the effective delivery of the service.
