As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for customers as well as providing hearing solutions and advice backed by first class customer service.
We are working with them to recruit a Customer Service Representative for their Christchurch branch.
Our client is a well-established and respected Hearing Healthcare company with branches nationwide.
About the Customer Service and Digital Mailroom Assistant role-
The successful candidate will start their placement with Customer Services in the corporate Digital Mailroom, which is one of the functions they manage.
Training will take a minimum of a few months, and beyond that ongoing coaching with experienced members of staff.
You'll do everything from checking off deliveries to dealing with enquiries or ensuring that the shelves are fully stocked with well-presented products.
In fact, time will fly by.
