We are currently looking for experienced, customer service executives from a contact centre environment who have ideally worked specifically within insurance or at least within financial services.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of an award-winning insurance company.
Due to significant growth, they are expanding their Cardiff based team.
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (from 6am), afternoons, late evenings (until 10:15pm) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
Understand, support and advise customers requiring a wide range of information, advice and guidance.
To provide a telephone and multi-channel support service with integrity, professionalism and adhering to all relevant process, procedures, and legislation.

The Customer Service Advisor is required to provide an exceptional level of service to our service users working with a variety of well-known and smaller organisation from charity, third sector and government sectors.

You will assist with the coordination of medical care, the handling of a loss or their return home.
You will be providing help to insured clients who suffer injury or illness whilst overseas or require roadside assistance.
