This position will primarily focus on providing technical support to customers and agents across Europe and South Africa, ensuring the efficient operation of products and promoting customer satisfaction.

Based in the outskirts of Norwich, this is a full time, permanent position working 37.5 hour a week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, and is offering a salary of £26,500 plus bonus (£40,000 OTE).

The Role
The successful candidate will liaise with customers, suppliers, and transport companies across the world so clear communication skills are vital.
The successful Sales Administrator will manage all sales related administrative tasks & internal procedures ensuring that all sales orders are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Working Monday to Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm (subject to your preference)
