Dealing with all aspects of our client's sales, customer service and promotions campaigns, these are varied roles requiring dedication, flexibility and a can-do attitude.
ALL successful candidates must be 18 and WILL be required to attend meetings in person in the office on a daily basis.
40 hours per week Main responsibilities: Answering the phone and taking bookings Issuing receipts Monitoring and reordering supplies Scanning and uploading new forms Updating our mailing list on Constant Contact Compiling monthly staff utilisation figures Getting materials ready for business events - clipboards, contact sheets, leaflets etc Update clinic directory, contact groups on gmail etc Attending monthly team meetings Helping with Powerpoint presentations Help supervise any work - plumbers, electricians, computer support etc.
The job would be based in our Uxbridge working full time, Monday to Friday, approx.
