You will be working within a small team dealing with inbound and outbound calls, a large portion of this role is outbound calls following up with past and present customers gaining feedback and presenting further sales opportunities (no cold calling).
We have a great opportunity on behalf of our client based in the Stockton area, the role will initially be a temporary position until Christmas however there is a possibility this will be extended and could possibly lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to work at their City Centre location on a temporary basis for up to 4 months (possibly longer).
Duties will mainly comprise of general administration and data entry and those with a customer service background would be preferred.
Working 37 hours per week, between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday
This role will include handling inbound calls, customer queries and complaints over the phone.
