In this role you will be
Providing a front-line service for any enquiries from customers via telephone, email or face to face and seeing the process through from start to finish with each query/complaint or enquiry.

Essential Experience
Manage multi-function devices and specialised IT equipment.
Managing the first and second-line technical support for all IT applications and services across sites, including end-user computing.
