Our client are looking for a positive, friendly and proactive individual to join their Customer Service team their Manchester office. You will be the first point of contact for customers via telephone, assisting with customer queries while maintaining the exceptionally high level of service they provide. The successful candidate will be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and customer centric approach, acting as an ambassador for the brand while developing and improving processes and systems to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role is a 5 day work week which includes weekend work (Sundays are home working). You are free to choose which 3 week days you would like to work. Your key responsibilities Answering and dealing with all phone calls & emails promptly and efficiently, while ensuring customer satisfaction Liaising with the Engineers to arrange their job schedules Diagnose any product issues remotely, determining how each issue can be resolved & actioning next steps where necessary Improving the scheduling and customer service processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction, in accordance with their strategic objectives Maintaining an excellent knowledge of our product and technical information in order to ensure each customer receives the correct information and service Key skills The ability to use your own initiative on each call Confidence on the phone Great phone manner Problem-solving Essential experience Customer service experience - 2 years minimum Desirable experience Job scheduling Liasing with engineers The office is based in Manchester City Centre with free parking available

Maintain strong follow-up across the organization and with customers to ensure, all pending requests and responses are addressed within committed timelines Monitor and excel in one's performance basis day to day KPI monitoring Skills and Attributes: 2 years of inbound call centre experience Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Microsoft Office suite & reporting skills Soft spoken & supportive demeaner Ability to type 40-60 words Effective & Pro-active listener Hands on experience with Freshdesk, Zendesk, Kapture, SAP & Shopify would be desirable.
