We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy team working onsite in Banbury on a six-month contract basis with full time hours (Monday - Friday).
Your primary focus will be the first point of contact for customers who have questions, concerns or issues with a product or service.
Each day will be different and offer a variety of tasks within the department, therefore you enjoy a role with variety, this could be the role for you!
Have strong organisation skills and ability to build strong customer relationships?
You'll be responsible for ensuring the services provided to customers is second to none; ensuring their orders and requirements are processed accurately and efficiently, whilst managing their expectations along the way.
Duties of the Customer Service Executive will include
Offering first level support for clients on the company customer portal.
Communicating courteously, efficiently with clients/Internal stakeholders, by telephone, email, face2face, platforms including Zoom/MS TEAM.
