We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Advisor to join my clients dynamic team.
This role focuses on delivering high-quality post-sales support to both internal and external customers across the UK and European markets.
The Customer Service role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key tasks include inputting and releasing customer orders, answering customer calls, and addressing inquiries related to orders, products, and services.
Weekly shift rotations of: 8am-4pm / 9am-5pm / 10am 6pm / 11am 7pm and 12pm to 8pm (1 hour for lunch) and two ten minute comfort breaks, One AM and one PM .
