An established client of ours in the professional services sector are looking for a 1st Line Support Technician to join their internal IT department, on a permanent basis.
Joining a team of 4 others and reporting to the Head of IT, the successful candidate will respond to Incident and Service Requests from colleagues, act as the first point of contact for IT requests and log / respond to tickets effectively.
This is an office-based role in their Alderley Edge office, so applicants must be within a commutable distance of the area and comfortable working on-site Monday to Friday.
Contract/duration: Fixed term from 1st July to 31st October
As the public face of our properties, you will be a member of our Welcome Team providing a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit.
Hours/working pattern: Annualised 108 hours which averages at 6 hours a week including weekends and bank holidays, however the weekly hours may vary depending on property demand.
