My client, a membership organisation is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager.
The main purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer service to their members, learners and prospective applicants for individual, course and consultancy accreditation.
Working Model: Working from home (UK) with co-working twice a month (Warwickshire) and quarterly team meetings
We are seeking an individual with customer service experience, you will have ideally have worked previously within a customer service focused environment, perhaps within an inbound and outbound contract centre or call centre environment.
This position is initial a 12 month fixed term contract.
Customer Service Advisor / Spanish Speaker who is fluent in oral and written Spanish and Englishwith a great combination of administrative, customer service and organisational / planning skills, as well as a good understanding of Microsoft Office is required for well-established company based in Brighton, East Sussex.
If Brighton based, you would work from the office in the centre of the city.

Managing the customer facing link of the supply chain with the purpose of providing accurate delivery information and problem solving to achieve consistent successful delivery for our customers with exceptional customer service.
Respond to a high volume and variety of customer delivery inquiries, solving problems to satisfy both customers and the business.
They receive escalated communication from internal and external customers by phone or e-mail with the purpose of providing satisfactory solutions in a high pressure, demanding environment.
To provide an efficient administration service to support the Customer Service Manager in ensuring that all customer requirements are delivered in a professional and timely manner and that the department maintains an excellent reputation for customer care.
Responsibilities
Handling incoming calls from customers, sales team, and suppliers ensuring that the appropriate responses are provided.
