Do you have recent experience of dealing with HNW Customers? Can you demostrate account management and accurate record keeping? If so then we would like to hear from you. Our client, a unique financial services organisation, are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing Corporate and Private Client team. Working closely with a team of Account Managers managing portfolios of High-Net-Worth clients a typical day will see you: Managing client email and telephone queries Processing payments and donations Verifying the purpose of donations Updating information on the company's CRM This position demands a high degree of initiative and flexibility. Attention to detail and high levels of organisational and communication skills are essential, as are: Strong data entry skills. High levels of numeracy The ability to work to tight deadlines Good MS Office skills The role is office based Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, after an extensive period there is the potential for hybrid working.
