Act as the first point of contact for customers.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Executive based in Milton Keynes to join one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis.
Our client are well-established and rapidly growing suppliers who really take care of their team.
Essentially you will have proven experience in the automotive industry working in a customer service focused role, with ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
Basic Sage accounts would be an advantage to assist the Office Manager in absence but not essential.
You will have exceptional administration skills, with experience in MS Office and basic Excel.
We are working with a professional membership organisation who are looking to add to their busy administration team
The role will be to provide support to the enquiry services team by providing efficient categorisation of the query ensuring a first class delivery to all customers.
