My client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to work out of their main office in Bootle, Liverpool.
The main purpose of your role is to manage customer queries which will predominately be online/email/live chat, whilst ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
The job will initially be office based but will then offer the opportunity to work from home on a hybrid basis after 3 months.
