Customer Service Representatives Based in Edinburgh £12 per hour holiday pay Reed Business Support are pleased to be working with a leading financial institution on a high number of Customer Service Representative roles. As part of a growth project, the client is looking to onboard candidates on an initial 6 month temporary basis with the opportunity to become permanent. The roles will involve a high-volume of telephony based customer service and could be the perfect opportunity for candidates looking to break into an office based environment. Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm) Office based Immediate start Key responsibilities: Handling incoming calls from customers Answering queries related to life, pension, or investment policies (will be trained on one specific skill) Advising customers on any follow up actions Updating internal systems with logs and information about customer calls Maintaining an strong knowledge of company systems and policies Providing excellent customer service Ad hoc duties Person specifications: Previous experience working in a customer service role - this can include call centre, retail, hospitality, or any industry where customer service is an important part of the job Excellent communication skills A strong understanding of what good customer service means Good IT skills and ability to pick up new systems If this role sounds of interest, please apply now!
