Description Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Executive include: Customer relationship management. Processing orders. Offer alternative products for out of stock items. Promote new products. Maximise order book fulfilment by liaising with Supply Chain and Warehouse. Be able to give technical information on products confidently over the telephone. Delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty (go the "extra mile"). Have detailed knowledge of the customer's requirement. Have empathy for a customer's problem. Think "outside the box" and offer achievable solutions to problems. Be able to communicate concisely and effectively, both written and over the telephone. Handle complaints professionally and aim to resolve the situation amicably. Develop good working relationships with internal departments. Be able to suggest improvements in processes and procedures. Be computer literate (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel). Ad-hoc administrative tasks.
