You will be responsible for customer support over the telephone and email, ensuring breakdowns and maintenance visits are organised and coordinated to provide the client with a seamless first-class experience.
This role is best described as like 'air traffic control' - making sure the right engineer and the right piece of equipment is in the right place at the right time, tracking and recording all activity through the system until the job is closed!
The Client Services Engineer provides technical assistance to computer system users.
Responsibilities include answering questions or resolving computer problems for Clients in person, via telephone, or from remote location as well as providing assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, printer installations, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
To provide care and support of customers/engineers through all interactions to retain and increase sales in line with the business goals and objectives.
These hours of work may be varied to meet the needs of the Company.
The normal hours of work are 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, with an unpaid 30-minute break.
