Your responsibilities will include: Warmly welcoming guests and ensuring they have a positive experience. Managing incoming calls and enquiries. Assisting clients with appointments and scheduling. Going above and beyond to create a memorable experience for our clients. Handling inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Coordinating with therapists and other staff members. Assisting with social media content related to services and products. Demonstrating a genuine passion Making drinks for guests. Passionate about gaining positive guest reviews.
