Job Overview
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of customer transactions.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including answering telephone calls, processing orders, and dealing with customer enquiries.
Your role will involve working in line with key performance indicators and company policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the customer service function.
20 days holiday Bank Holidays, parking on site & pension scheme
Shift Times Available- 7.30am - 3.00pm, 2.30pm - 10.00pm
