Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Manager and team members to ensure outstanding customer service for our cruise packages. Handle customer inquiries, including travel bookings, payment processing, and general travel information. Manage post-booking administration tasks related to travel arrangements. Implement changes to travel bookings as needed, ensuring meticulous attention to detail. Communicate effectively with customers to provide information about their travel bookings and assist with any modifications. Fulfill post-sale activities essential for the company's travel operations. Work both independently and as part of a team to ensure exceptional travel service delivery. Required Skills: Proven experience in the travel sector is essential. Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Strong attention to detail and precision in handling travel quotes and bookings. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
