The Role
Based in High Wycombe and working within a small, dedicated team and part of a wider group, you'll be responsible for ensuring the consistent operation of the customer order process.
This is an outbound and inbound customer service role - excellent customer service.
You will be working shifts between 08.00 - 19.00 Monday to Friday, a total of 40 hours per week.
Paying a basic of £24,000, with the opportunity to increase your earnings to over £32,000 and some of the top performers earn late £30's through upselling and cross-selling.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing the highest level of service to customers by processing orders, quotes and assisting customers with catalogue information.
Generate new and repeat business through customer service initiatives.
