You will be providing customer service and general administration and should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Although previous commercial experience is desirable, it is not essential.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator
Answer and direct phone calls.
Act as the point of contact between external clients and engineers.
