Provide an exceptional customer service experience to all customers that contact the Customer Service Centre via Telephone.
Through effective call control, questioning and fact finding, correctly gather the required information showing empathy and understanding to the customers concerns to resolve or move the contact to Tier 2, whilst recording accurately on the appropriate IT systems
Our client based in Lincoln is looking for candidates with the following backgrounds: customer service, healthcare, teaching assistants, debt recovery, or roles where they have experience of having difficult conversations.
We have customer service assistant shifts available to help with a variety of duties including queue management for people getting trains in the busiest times, assisting passengers getting on and off trains (particularly those with additional needs), scanning tickets, making tannoy announcements, clearing trains to assist cleaners in turnaround times and helping to talk to and direct/signpost the crowds at the station so that everyone has a great experience!
