A market leading water treatment business B2B based in Buckinghamshire are looking for an Internal Sales Executive/Account Manager/Customer Service who will be supporting the Services Contract Manager in Sales.
This role is looking after existing accounts and upselling the companies other services which includes maintenance and engineering after care.
£24k-£26k OTE £6K on top which includes commission and company bonus.

The purpose of this role is to liaise with business customers interest in this high-quality brand, offering options to them and processing orders.
Once the order is placed you will be responsible for organising the delivery of the product, which will involve exporting/shipping to EMEA region, knowledge of this would be advantageous - though training will be offered if required.
Dealing with customers by phone and advising of appropriate products for them.

As Customer Services Representative you are responsible to support effective supply chain management through customer order management.
You will investigate and resolve queries, maintain customer master data and sales conditions to ensure high levels of customer service is met.
You will communicate effectively both internally and externally to build relationships with customers and contribute to delivery of supply chain projects.
