REED Technology are working with a client who are URGENTLY looking for a Desktop Support Analyst who will be responsible for resolving all 2nd Line incidents and service requests within their region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology and excellent customer service skills.
Weekly shift rotations of: 8am-4pm / 9am-5pm / 10am 6pm / 11am 7pm and 12pm to 8pm (1 hour for lunch) and two ten minute comfort breaks, One AM and one PM .
