Quoting the full range of the company's products in accordance with the Customer Service Charter Standards (currently under review), and helping Customers identify their requirements plus quote follow up to ensure the customer has all the information to make a purchase.
An important part of the business, and the role includes processing export requirements and completion of documentation which will include Proforma Invoices, obtain Freight costs, understanding export processes, working closely with transport, courier companies, obtaining proof of deliveries.
As Sales Administrator, you will be the main point of contact for customer enquiries as well as processing sales and purchase orders through their internal system.
We are looking for a bright, bubbly administrator to join our client as a Sales Administrator.
Initially you will be based in Sittingbourne, moving to Aylesford in the coming months, this can be a very fast paced, proactive role, working alongside a great team.
