Customer Service Repairs Co ordinator - Stratford Upon Avon based client - FTC until February 2025 - £13.70ph.
You will provide an efficient co-ordination service to the Responsive Repair Team, in the delivery of day to day and repairs.
To effectively manage the end-to-end job delivery highlighting any delays or issues and proactively seek a resolution via the contractors and escalating where appropriate to the Repairs Delivery Officer.
